On Tuesday, November 22, 2016, the Crusaders took to the court and defeated the Ben Franklin Falcons in a non-district game. The Crusaders won by a score of 51-44 with the assistance of point guard Devon Moore. It was a tough first half for the Crusaders who only scored seven points and found themselves down 22-7 at halftime. Moore helped lead a second half charge and finished the night with a team leading 19 points to go along with seven rebounds and four steals. Other contributors for the Crusaders were Samer Mosrie, Tyler Lally, Trey Chatters, Javier Perez, and T. J. Small.
The Crusaders return to the court on Saturday, November 26, 2016 when they play Florence High School at the Harrison Central Shootout in Gulfport, Mississippi. Tip-off is at 11:30 a.m
