Crusaders to Participate in 2012 Archbishop Hannan Football Classic

The Archbishop Hannan Football Classic returns for the first time since 2004 this season with eight local area programs participating. Among the schools participating are Brother Martin, De La Salle, John Ehret, Holy Cross, Jesuit, Rummel, Shaw and St. Augustine. The event began in 2000 and is named after the legendary former Archbishop of New Orleans, Philip Hannan.

Rummel vs. St. Augustine–Sat., Sept. 15–7 p.m. @ Joe Yenni Stadium
Brother Martin vs. John Ehret–Thurs., Sept. 20–7 p.m. @ Tad Gormley
Jesuit vs. De La Salle–Friday, Sept. 21–3:30 p.m. @ Pan American
Shaw vs. Holy Cross–Friday, Sept. 21–7 p.m. @ Tad Gormley
