The Crusader Band attended a day of Band Camp at Vandebilt Catholic High School in Houma, Louisiana, on Wednesday, July 22, 2015. Thanks to its director, Mr. Brad Adams, our 81 boys who made the trip were treated to a day of prayer, team-building, collaboration, music, marching, and fun, as if they were part of the Terrier Regiment! A highlight of the day was the inclusion of the Crusader Band in a massive team-building experience with Vandebilt that taught that even though a team uses speed to complete a task, it is the efficiency learned through best techniques that makes the team ultimately successful!
A special thanks to the directors, staff, students and parents of Vandebilt which welcomed us with open arms to be part of such an inspiring day! Due to their inspiration and hospitality, our Crusader Band enjoyed one of its most successful Band Camps to date. We look forward to great music from our Crusader Band and great dancing from our Dominican Debs.
