Principal Greg Rando ’77 & Dillon Connick ’16
On Saturday, May 14, 2016, student leaders from various grade levels, families, and club moderators/coaches gathered at school for the 2016 Leadership Ceremony. Student Ambassador President Dillon Connick ‘16 started the evening with an Invocation. As Vice Principal for Academics Thomas Mavor read student’s name and list of accomplishments and activities, Principal Greg Rando ‘77 presented each student with a special lapel pin. Assistant Principal for Admissions Mr. Carlos Bogran ’99 presented additional awards. Assistant Principal for Discipline & Attendance Mr. Ryan Gallagher ‘00 introduced the Crimson Shield winners, those seniors whom the faculty voted as best displaying a specific named quality. Assistant Principal for Student Services Mrs. Gabrielle Macaluso announced the Golden Crusaders. These seniors were evaluated by the faculty as those who best exemplify the school’s holistic education by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart. Each recipient was greeted by Mr. Rando and Mr. Devlin. Assistant Athletic Director Mr. Mark Wisniewski ‘81 concluded the evening with his remarks on the importance of leadership.
