On Friday morning, October 16th, a pep rally was held to celebrate the 2015 Homecoming festivities. Student Council hosted the pep rally and welcomed ‘special guests’ such as Hulk Hogan, Steve Jobs and Woody from Toy Story. These “motivational speakers” were brought in for the football team to get the team ready for Homecoming vs. Holy Cross Tigers. Then, the Crusader football seniors were acknowledged by Coach Bonis for their commitment and leadership during their time at Brother Martin. Immediately following, the 2015 Homecoming Court was presented to the crowd with the assistance of NJROTC Cadets.
In addition, continuing in the ‘Sader Spirit of Brother Martin, faculty members lead a cheering and juggling competition. Congratulations to the 8th grade for winning the cheer competition! The stands were hyped after performances by the Crusader Cheerleaders and Crusader Drumline. The pep rally came to a close with the appearance of the “Spirit’.
