This past Saturday, Brother Martin hosted Trivia Night IX in the Tom & Gayle Benson Mall. Twenty-four teams consisting of parents, faculty, and alumni competed for the Trivia Night IX Championship. Crispitos, pizza, and cold beverages were provided by the Brother Martin Food Services and the Advancement Office. Challenge Entertainment and Live Trivia, James Maumus ’89 and Jeff Maumus ’97, sponsored the event along with Missy and Michael Collins ’88. 

 Ethan Frome's Elm Tree, made up of Steffan Jambon ’03, Matt Ladouceur ’03, Yancy Matherne ’03, Thomas Mavor, and Wayne Dussel ’03 won the Trivia Night IX Championship earning Brother Martin insulated cups, $60 cash, and their name engraved on the Brothers of the Sacred Heart Alumni Cup! Golden’s Crusaders, made up of Bro. Neal Golden ’57 CJ, Chris Bailey ’86, Richard Dempsey ’70, Steven Tucker, Bruce Bivona ’70, and Sean Brunet won the Brother Martin Trivia contest earning them a Brother Martin Bookstore gift certificate. Bro. Neal abstained from the Brother Martin Trivia round as he helped create the questions. Debby Gaudet’s Screen Actor Studio, a team consisting of David Farrens ’77, Dennis Michael Farrens ’66 SA, Ray Gaudet ’76, Debby Gaudet, Andrew Gaudet ’08, and Harold Moser ’70 earned Runner-up honors and Brother Martin Apparel. Alumni Officer, Chris Alley ’08 thanked all of our guests that support Brother Martin’s efforts in continuing our mission of educating young men for life. Without participation from our school community, none of these great improvements for Brother Martin would be possible.
