On Friday, October 7, 2016, members of Crusaders for Life volunteered at the Woman’s New Life Center “Gala for Life.” The Woman’s New Life Center is a New Orleans based organization that promotes the sanctity of human life and dignity of women while providing services in areas such as: unplanned pregnancy, professional counseling, and women’s health care. Liam O’Connor ’21, Nick Sharpe ’21, Patrick Corcoran ’20, Ryan O’Connor ’19, and Will Ott ’18 escorted attendees to their tables and also served food. Current Crusaders Antonio Domino ’17 and Noah Catalanotto ’18, along with recent graduate Alex Lucas ’16, performed an a capella version of “Prayer of the Children.”
