Bracing the cold, the Crusader soccer program prepared for a double header against the Holy Cross Tigers at Pan American Stadium on Wednesday night. The Varsity soccer team defeated their opponents by a score of 2 – 0, and the Junior Varsity won 1 – 0.
Scoring for the Crusaders were varsity strikers Peter Brooks and Cristian Canales and for the junior varsity team was Kevin Madere.
The varsity team is currently ranked 4th in the state of Louisiana and is back in action this Saturday against Lusher. The game is set to start at 1:30 pm at Pan American Stadium. Go ‘Saders!
