Warde Manuel ’86, Athletic Director at the University of Connecticut, returned to New Orleans this week for the Women’s Final Four. The Lady Huskies will face Notre Dame in the National Semi-finals on Saturday.

As AD at UConn, Warde is in charge of one of the largest athletic budgets in college athletics that is highlighted by great basketball programs in men’s and women’s hoops.
Warde served as Assistant Athletic Director at the University of Michigan prior to moving to Buffalo. At the University of Buffalo, he turned around a struggling program and was recognized around the country for his work.
