Back to School Night is an opportunity for our Crusader parents to come to campus, learn about classroom expectations from faculty members, and get a sense of their son’s day-to-day life at school.

Please join us Wednesday, August 29 starting at 5:15 p.m. for check-in and first-period beginning at 6:00 p.m., so you can experience our academic excellence, our faith-based instruction and meet our faculty and administration.

Please note that before Back to School Night begins, there will be a Safe Environment Training for all Brother Martin Parent Volunteers in the Auditorium starting at 5:00 p.m. All new AND returning parents who will be volunteering at school during the day must have a Safe Environment Certificate filed with Brother Martin. Here is the breakdown for the evening:

• Parents will follow their son’s schedule beginning at 6 p.m.
• Parents can check-in beginning at 5:15 p.m., but check-in will also take place during your son’s unstructured period(s) as well.
• Parents will also have the opportunity to meet their class rep from the Parent Participation Committee in their assigned areas from 5:30 p.m. to 5:45 p.m.: 8th - 1st Floor Meyer Building, 9th - Terrace in the Ridgley Center, 10th - 1st Floor Resource Center, 11th - 2nd Floor Resource Center, and 12th - Benson Mall.
• Parents should come to the event with a copy of their son’s class schedule, including classroom numbers. Just ask him for his classes in order by period and his room numbers!
• Parents can expect teachers to give a clear but concise overview of each of their son’s course expectations.
• Parents are encouraged to join us for a brief Parents Club meeting and social in the Benson Mall immediately following 8th-period class at 8:00 p.m.
• There will be a drawing for one-month tuition credit ($885) and a Bookstore Gift Certificate at each of our Parent Club Meetings, starting with Back to School Night.  Winners must be present at the Parents Club meeting portion to win.
