It’s been a summer to remember for senior infielder Gregory Deichmann. The two-time All-State selection and LSU commitment is preparing to participate in his third nationally sponsored All-Star game this summer as a member of The Under Armour All-America Baseball Game at Wrigley Field in Chicago Aug. 24.
The game, which is also sponsored by Major League Baseball, showcases 36 of the best senior prospects in America with a whopping 118 of the 138 draft-eligible prospects being selected in the MLB Amateur Draft over the past five seasons.
The game will be played this Saturday at 1:30 p.m. and air live nationally on MLB Network.
