Cross Country Celebrates 2017 Convocation

On Monday, December 11, 2017 the Brother Martin Athletic Department hosted their annual convocation honoring the cross country program. Head coach Drew Haro ‘03 spoke on behalf of the varsity and junior varsity levels highlighting various accomplishments. Assistant coach Mr. Philip Sims ‘91 also addressed the junior high program on their season. Recently, the varsity program captured the 9-5A District title and the Region III-5A title.

The runners receiving special recognition were as follows:

Team Captains: Hunter Appleton ‘18, Hayden Courregé ‘17, Cade Litolff ‘18, and Jeremy Baier ‘17.
Most Valuable Runner: Hunter Appleton ‘18
Jack Schommer Award: Ethan Meydrich ‘18
