On Wednesday evening, the Advancement Office hosted past recipients of the Crimson Shield Award. The Crimson Shield Award recognizes seniors who display specific exemplary personal qualities. This year’s social was held at Katie’s in Mid City, which is owned and operated by Scot Craig ’80. While enjoying a delicious dinner, alumni shared past and present stories. After dinner, Alumni Officer Chris Alley ’08 briefed everyone on current news, encouraged the young alumni to continue striving for excellence and the importance of staying involved. Also in attendance were President Greg Rando ’77, Alumni and Advancement Director Kenny Spellman ’84, and Faculty Formation and English Instructor Thomas Mavor.
