On Thursday, June 24, the Crimson & Gold Network - Young Professionals (CGN-YP) hosted a kick-off social at Port Orleans Brewing Company. The CGN-YP provides an opportunity for Alumni in their 20s and 30s to network, share information, and conduct business with fellow Alumni. Assistant Alumni Director Chris Alley ’08 welcomed the group and encouraged attendees to visit campus and to spread the word about this new group. Advancement & Alumni Director Kenny Spellman ’84 added that the Alumni Office provides support and can assist Alumni through the various stages of their careers. Director of Strategic Planning for Advancement Justin Fleetwood and Gifts Officer Gillen Briede also participated in the event. There was a “Business Card” raffle, which was won by Quinton Schultz ’11.
