Over the weekend, Brother Martin hosted the Crusader Cook-off: Tailgate Edition. Competing in the competition were 14 teams cooking a variety of items from BBQ ribs, to gumbo, to jambalaya, a BBQ Split, and even a Bacon Snowball. There was also a Homebrew Beer Tasting contest voted on by everyone in the audience 21 and over. Guests were given the chance to try as many dishes as they wanted after our celebrity judges submitted their final votes.
