Our very own Ms. Amy Peavey, Social Studies teacher and Student Council moderator, recently received FOX 8's Golden Apple Award. Principal Ryan Gallagher '00 and Mr. Thomas Mavor both agree that Ms. Peavey "meets her students where they are and pulls them along to levels of academic excellence that they probably didn't think they were previously capable of reaching by injecting enthusiasm and a hands-on approach to the work that her students do."

This distinguishment highlights Ms. Peavey's positive role in the lives of her students both in and out of the classroom.
