On Monday, March 20, the senior class went to Camp Abbey on the Northshore for the annual Senior “Fun in the Sun” Day. We spent the day together as a class, swimming and playing games such as cabbage ball, soccer, football, and basketball. The event, one of the last the class will have together, was an amazing way to begin the final quarter of our senior year. It brought the class together as a whole for a wonderful bonding experience that felt like a day out with some friends. It was nice to kick back and relax with the class before starting the final stretch of our Brother Martin careers. As senior Kaden Zimmerman said, “Fun in the Sun brought me closer to the rest of my class and helped me to learn more about the kids that I wasn’t close with yet. I went in with expectations of an exciting day and enjoyed spending time with my fellow Crusaders.”
