Filling St. Catherine of Siena Church on Tuesday, May 8th, the Brother Martin Chorus performed their annual spring concert for an audience of Crusader families and friends. The concert opened with the rousing “Singabahambayo”, featuring the fifth-period chorus members. From traditional Spiritual music (“Shine on Me”) to the audience favorite “The Boatmen’s Dance”, featuring soloist Daniel Wellmeier ’20, each group performed a variety of music intended to showcase the diverse talents of each singer. The Alumni Chorus performed the Canadian folk song “Four Strong Winds” and “Little Innocent Lamb”, an African-American spiritual.
Thank you to director Kevin Caparotta ’88 and the Crusader Chorus for their final concert performance of the 2017-2018 school year!
