Chemistry Students Experiment with Flame Lab

Dr. David Jouandot's Chemistry students took to the lab to visualize Chemistry electron behavior theory. Students put various solid salts into a flame from their Bunsen burner and were able to see colors. These colors are unique to each metal and represent the transformation of chemical energy into light energy.
