The Brother Martin Cheer Team will host tryouts for the 2026 - 2027 school year team on Tuesday, February 24 and Wednesday, February 25. There will be a mandatory parent meeting at 5:30 p.m. in the Tom and Gayle Benson Mall on February 24, Tryout Day 1!

Tryout Day 1 - February 24, Mandatory meeting in Benson Mall at 5:30, Clinic 6:00-8:00 p.m.
Tryout Day 2 - February 25, 6:00 - 7:30 p.m.

Tryouts on both days will take place in the Robert M. Conlin Gymnasium here at Brother Martin!

Video Submissions: Any athlete who is unable to attend in person may submit a video tryout to bmulligan@brothermartin.com and jspitale@brothermartin.com.

All video submissions must be received no later than Wednesday, February 25 at 6:00 p.m.
All video submissions will be kept private and will not be released to the public.

Registration fee is $35. 

The Brother Martin Cheerleading Squad promotes school spirit and plays an active role in building student morale. The squad is selected through a tryout process, with female members coming from area Catholic high schools. Cheerleaders perform at football games, basketball games, pep rallies, and other school functions. The squad also participates in competitions at the state, regional, and national levels. Members attend summer camp each year at a nearby college.
