The Crusader Class of 2013 and their dates celebrated in grand style this past weekend, first at the Senior Prom held at the Cannery in Mid City. With Wild Wayne and Bruce Roussel spinning the tunes, the seniors burned up the dance floor. At the conclusion of the Prom, the students and their dates transformed into red, white, and blue for the patriotic-themed Prom Fest, held at the Brother Martin campus. Thanks to a dedicated group of parent volunteers, all under the guidance of senior events coordinator Mrs. Laurie Leftwich, the students enjoyed games, food, drink, music, and prizes. Prom Fest is Brother Martin’s way of making sure all students have safe and appropriate ways to celebrate the end of their high school careers and enjoy time as a class together for the last time. Congratulations, seniors!
