On Monday, February 24th, Archbishop Aymond celebrated the annual Catholic Schools Week Mass at St. Dominic Church. Seven Brother Martin students represented the school at the Mass, which had students from every elementary and high school in the archdiocese in attendance. The Gospel that Archbishop Greg Aymond CJ ‘67 proclaimed was Matthew 5:13-16, where Jesus counsels his disciples to not hide their light under a bushel basket. Three Brother Martin students helped the Archbishop during the homily by acting out Jesus’ counsel. Archbishop Aymond preached that we are all called to be the light of the world and to bring our light to any darkness that we come across as we live our lives.
