We would like to congratulate the Brother Martin Tennis Team for claiming the 2024 LHSAA Division I Boys State Championship! All eight participants scored points at the tournament. In the singles bracket, senior Hayden Perilloux advanced to the 2nd round earning the team one point while junior Mitchell Armbruster finished as a semi-finalist, earning the team three points. On the doubles side, two teams Max Edwards and Dillan LaFrance as well as Grant Brewer and Brandon Hezeau made it to the quarterfinals, each earning the team two points. Sal Trujillo and Reed MacAlester finished as state finalists, earning the team 4.5 points. The team needed every contribution to the 12.5 point total to clear the field by one point. This State Championship is the second in school history and the first since 1987. Great job Crusader Tennis Team!
