We are pleased to announce that Brother Martin senior Andre Sun '24 has been awarded the Gold President's Volunteer Service Award. This award is an opportunity for the White House "to honor your most outstanding volunteers and recognize the impact they make" and "individuals whose service positively impacts communities in every corner of the nation and inspires those around them to take action, too" (presidentialserviceawards.gov).

To earn the gold distinction, a volunteer must complete over 250 hours of "unpaid acts of volunteer service benefitting others" within a 12-month period. We could not be more proud of Andre's inspired leadership, and we thank him for the profound impact he has made on the Brother Martin community. Congratulations, Andre, for being awarded the President’s Gold Volunteer Service Award!
