Congratulations to Luke Alvendia '23 for being recognized as a recent Chevron Scholar-Athlete of the Week. Alvendia has been a member of the Brother Martin soccer team since his eighth grade year, and he is also a member of the National Honor Society, Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion, Campus Ministers, and Student Ambassadors. 

Alvendia's success is not limited to the field of play and extracurricular activities: he maintains a 4.67 GPA. His academic work was also acknowledged this year as he was awarded National Merit Finalist. His post-secondary plans include majoring in Biology with a minor in Psychology.
