The Crusader powerlifting team fell short of their season goal but performed admirably at the 2023 LHSAA State Championship. There were 17 individual personal records and 9 program records broken. Congratulations to Senior Zac Rambeau for finishing as state runner-up in the 165 lb. division and once again breaking the state bench press record, pressing 430 lb. Great work to all our powerlifters, coaches, and staff who worked so hard this season!
