Members of the Brother Martin community attended the New Orleans Zephyrs game sponsored by Pepsi on May 26th. Head baseball coach Mark Wisniewski ’81 threw out the first pitch, Brother Martin students, including members of the state semi-finalist baseball team, joined Zephyr players on the field for the National Anthem. The National Anthem was sung by members of the Alumni Chorus under the direction of Kevin Caparotta ’88, the Brother Martin NJROTC Color Guard presented the colors and the Brother Martin Cheerleaders threw out prizes between innings. The Alumni Association and Pepsi hosted a “Thank You Party” in a suite for event committee members and for the faculty and staff. The weather was perfect and the Z’s swept a double-header over the Albuquerque Isotopes.
