Brother Martin Night with the Baby Cakes

On Thursday, May 4, 2017, members of the Brother Martin community attended Brother Martin Night with the New Orleans Baby Cakes at the “Shrine on Airline” sponsored by Pepsi Beverages Company. Due to the inclimate weather on Wednesday, the Baby Cakes played a doubleheader on Thursday evening against the Iowa Cubs. Students and guests were even in for a special surprise as Dr. Stephen Tucker, Ph.D. threw out the first pitch before the start of the second game. The Alumni & Development Office also hosted a small gathering in the Pepsi suite where faculty and staff enjoyed watching the doubleheader and supporting Brother Martin!
