Brother Martin Hosts College Day on Mon., Oct. 1

The annual College Day program is scheduled on Monday, October 1 from 10:15 a.m. to 12:45 p.m., during 4th - 6th periods, in the St. Aloysius Gym and Brother Mark Thornton Terrace.  Representatives from more than 70 colleges will be on campus to meet with our students, hand out information, and answer questions about their respective campuses.

College Day at Brother Martin High School is open to the entire student body and all are encouraged to attend during their unstructured periods.  We would also like to extend an invitation to all parents of Brother Martin students to attend College Day.

In addition to Brother Martin’s College Day, the National Association of College Admissions Counseling (NACAC) will host a college fair the following night, on Tuesday, October 2, at the Pontchartrain Center.  The program will be open from 6 to 8 p.m. All students attending high schools in the New Orleans area, and their parents, are invited to attend.  If you wish to attend, we strongly recommend you register in advance.  Click here for registration and for more information.

Lastly, this Saturday, September 29, from 8:30 a.m. - noon, Service Academy Day will be held in the Mandeville High School Auditorium.  For any students considering possible attendance at one of the military service academies, or those who might be interested in university ROTC programs, this opportunity is not one to miss. RSVPs are required - Please click here for more information.
