The Brother Martin football team kicked off fall play in their Jamboree game versus John Ehret at Archbishop Shaw High School. There, junior Sidney Harris Jr. "rushed for a team-high 63 yards on 11 carries over the course of two 15-minute halves. He split carries with senior Jordan West, whose 14-yard touchdown run in the second half put Brother Martin ahead. West rushed 48 yards on nine carries" (Nola.com). The Crusaders defeated John Ehret 10-6.
