The Brother Martin Culinary Crusaders were honored to serve alongside notable restaurants at the Zurich Classic of New Orleans on Thursday.

In partnership with the Louisiana Hospitality Foundation, our Crusaders served with Galatoire's, Jack Rose, Desi Vega's Steakhouse, Bourbon House, SoLou, PJ's Coffee, Legacy Kitchen's Steak + Chop, and Delacroix. We would also like to thank Mr. David Blitch and Ms. Aimee Brown for helping our Crusaders participate in this once in a lifetime opportunity!
