Wrestling
Congratulations to our State Runner-Up Crusader Wrestling Team for their incredibly impressive season! Three Crusader wrestlers won individual state championships at the 2025 State Wrestling Tournament. Senior Ethan Simmons won the 285-pound division, claiming his 1st state championship. In the 190-pound division, senior Rory Horvath won his 2nd state championship. Senior Richie Clementi became a four-time champion when he dominated the 144-pound division with four pins and a shutout in the final. Only three other wrestlers in Louisiana history have achieved this incredible milestone, and Richie has now secured his place among the best to ever wrestle in the state.
