Brother Martin High School hosted their Annual Friday Night Lenten Fish Fry on Friday, March 29 in the newly renovated Tom and Gayle Benson Mall. Volunteers and members of the Parents Club cooked up and served an abundance of fried fish and shrimp seafood dinners and poboys. These seafood lovers also had the opportunity to dine-in the Benson Mall or go through curbside pick-up.
As a yearly tradition, members of the Brother Martin Class of ’81 sponsored and volunteered their time boiling and serving 650 lbs. of hot boiled crawfish with potatoes and corn. This is always a big hit and a great way to welcome back our alumni to campus. In addition, members of the Student Ministry team were on hand selling desserts for guests to purchase and the Crusader Stage Band performed for entertainment.
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to the Brothers of the Sacred Heart Missions in the U.S. and around the world.
