In recognition of the Lenten season, Brother Martin hosted a Lenten Fish Fry on March 27th. Crusader families and friends, as well as visitors from the neighborhood, flocked to the Benson Mall looking for some good seafood cooking. Plates of fried catfish & shrimp with coleslaw, fries or mac and cheese, and hushpuppies were available along with Po-boys. To top it all off, members of the Class of ’81 boiled over 600 lbs. of crawfish. Entertainment was provided by the Crusader Band, the NJROTC, and a Musical Review performed by the Drama Club.
