Brother Martin Accreditation Survey for Parents

Dear Brother Martin Parents,

Every year, Brother Martin High School receives its accreditation by the Southern Association of College and Schools (SACS) and has done so for the 51 years of our history. Accreditation means that we meet the criteria for effective school leadership, organization, instruction, and support. Every five years, the company that monitors accreditation—Cognia—completes an “engagement review,” where a team of educators come on campus to meet our students, visit our classrooms, experience our school culture, and meet with focus groups of students, teachers, parents, and school leaders. For Brother Martin, this engagement review takes place in January 2021, albeit virtually.

One aspect of school improvement of particular importance to this group is our collection and analysis of stakeholder response to our school culture and climate. To this end, we are asking that you, as a parent of a Crusader, take a few minutes to complete the linked survey from Cognia. Your response to questions about your experience as a Brother Martin parent will help us as we formulate ways to build on what we are doing well and make progress in areas needing improvement.

Completing the survey should take no more than 10 minutes. We would appreciate your completion of the survey no later than Tuesday, October 13.

Thank you in advance for your honest feedback, for trusting us with your sons, and for your support of our school.

Assistant Principal of Academics
