Neal Golden, S.C. ’57 CJ was a member of the author team for The 1966 Green Bay Packers- Profiles of Vince Lombardi’s Super Bowl I Champions produced by the Professional Football Researchers Association (PFRA) in conjunction with MacFarland Publishers. The book is about the journey of the 1966 Green Bay Packers in Superbowl I and their defeat against the Kansas City Chiefs. This book commemorates the 50th Anniversary of the Packers winning their first Super Bowl championship.
Bro. Neal interviewed and wrote the biography of LSU great Jimmy Taylor, the All-Pro fullback on the team. In addition, he wrote game summaries as well as the article on Super Bowl I. The book was unveiled at a meeting of the PFRA July 7-9, 2016 at Lambeau Field in Green Bay.
