Inaugural Dads’ Social

Inaugural Dads’ Social

The Brother Martin Parents Club hosted the inaugural Dads' Social on Thursday, September 22 in the Tom and Gayle Benson Mall. Chris Laiche ’90, Parents Club Co-President, welcomed attendees, introduced special guests, reminded everyone about upcoming events, and assisted in awarding raffle prizes.

The Brothers of the Sacred Heart Alumni Association of New Orleans Board of Directors, Brother Martin Food Services, and Barry Hebert '74 prepared and served burgers and beverages.

Special guests included President Greg Rando ’77, Principal Ryan Gallagher ’00, Assistant Principal for Discipline and Attendance Jerry Ursin ’07, Admissions Director Carlos Bogran ’99, and Advancement and Alumni Relations Director Kenny Spellman ’84.

Lucky raffle winners won a month of free tuition, a season sports pass, and a 50/50 cash prize.

We hope to see these dads and more at upcoming events including the Crusader Cook-off, Cornhole Tournament, Homecoming, and Open House.

The Parents Club Ladies' Social will be Sunday, October 23 in the Brother Mark Thornton, S.C. Terrace.
