The Beach Volleyball Club defeated the Jesuit Blue Jays 3-0 in matches yesterday at White Sands. The team of Michael Hickman and Anthony Centanni won their first game 21-9, hit a bump in the second (16-21), but rallied to win the third for the victory (15-11) while Danny Spring and Zachary Ward cruised in their match to win the first two games (21-14; 21-12). Austin Bourgeois and Ashton Bonura dominated their first game 21-9, but came up short in the second falling to Jesuit 13-21. The third game came down to the wire (19-17), but the Crusaders held off the charging Blue Jays to complete the sweep.
