On Senior Night, the Brother Martin (20-10) basketball team defeated Shaw 77- 41 in the final district game of the regular season. The Crusaders cames out strong scoring 21 points in the first quarter and holding Shaw to only 11 points. Brother Martin outscored Shaw 18-11 in the second quarter to lead 39-22 at the break.
In the second half, the Crusaders scored 19 points in each quarter and limited Shaw to only 20 points in the entire half.
Leading the way for the Crusaders were Jordan Cornish who finished with a game-high 19 points, Logan Mancuso with 17 points, and Austin Gauthreaux who finished with 11 points.
