The Athletic Department hosted a convocation last night honoring our District Champion Basketball Program. Coach Gallagher gave a synopsis of the season and applauded the efforts of the junior high, junior varsity and varsity teams. Special award winners for the evening were:
· Captains Award: Myron Chapman, Denzel Flemings and John West
· Most Improved: Jalen Gray and Jordan Lumpkins
· MVP Defense: Myron Chapman
· MVP Offense: Jordan Cornish
· Overall MVP: Denzel Flemings
· Coaches’ Award: Nathan Rogers and Jabbar Singleton
