The athletic season for the 2011-2012 school year officially came to an end last night as the Athletic Department hosted its final convocation honoring the baseball program. All five levels were recognized by their respective head coaches and players were applauded for their success in representing the program and school. Those players receiving special recognition for the evening were:
Captains’ Award: Cody Ducote and Tyler Zamjahn
Gold Glove: Blake Battle
Leading Hitter: Jake Seward
Most Valuable Pitchers: Jacob Brooks and Corey Gaconi
Most Valuable Player: Greg Deichmann and Rivers Frederick
David Voiron Memorial Award: Daniel Lahare
It was mentioned numerous times last night, but thanks again to our parents for their passion for, and commitment to, Brother Martin High School.
