New York Times bestselling author Cory Doctorow came to Brother Martin this week. He spoke to 7th and 8th period eighth grade students in English classes about the inspiration for his writings, the power of persuasion, and the content of his latest book, Homeland. Mr. Doctorow has traveled from London to the United States promoting his newest best seller. He enjoys speaking to high school students to underscore the importance of our Constitution’s freedom of expression and to share his own story on how he became a writer.
