On Thursday, November 7, 2019, Brother Martin High School hosted our annual Open House. Over 500 prospective students and their families visited our campus to learn more about the Crusader Spirit!
The night started with guests arriving for check-in by entering through the Thomas F. and Elaine P. Ridgley Fine Arts & Athletic Center before heading into the James B. Branton Chapel where they were greeted by Assistant Principal for Admissions Carlos Bogran III ’99. Inside the Branton Chapel, families were welcomed by President Greg Rando ‘77 and Principal Ryan Gallagher ’00. Kyle Robbins ’20 and Jeffrey Lupo ’24 also spoke about the ‘Brother Martin Experience’ from students’ points of view. Kyle focused on the meaningful relationships that he has formed with both students and teachers, and he expressed gratitude for the dedicated faculty at Brother Martin. Jeffrey reminded prospective students that he too was sitting in those very same seats in the Branton Chapel last year. His advice to those attending Open House, “I hope that you make the same great decision that I made and call Brother Martin home.”
School tours, conducted by current Brother Martin students, showcased our state of the art facility featuring the newly renovated Library and Tom & Gayle Benson Mall. Student tour guides, with the help of faculty members, parents, and alumni along the route, were also able to share important information about our school’s history, academics, extracurriculars, athletics, religious values, personal attention, friendly discipline, and a host of other topics.
Thank you to all of our students, parents, alumni, and faculty, for making Open House a huge success for Brother Martin!
