Brother Martin welcomed just over 100 alumni and their families back to campus for its 4th Annual Legacy Family Night on Wednesday, October 18. This annual event is sponsored by both the Admissions and Alumni Offices.
The official welcome for the evening came from Mr. Carlos Bogran ’99, Director of Admissions, and Mr. Scott Corrente ’83, Director of Alumni, as well as a number of students, administrators, faculty, and staff members.
Attendees enjoyed the opportunity to tour the campus at their own pace while sharing stories of their high school days as Crusader students. Spouses and children even enjoyed a Wednesday favorite on Elysian Fields with those famous ‘crispitos’ served by Food Services. The Bookstore was also open for families to purchase some spirit wear in their favorite colors of ‘crimson & gold.’
Ryan Roux, Class of 1991, said “This is the second year that we’ve brought the boys to Family Legacy Night; they are three and four years old. They love that we can walk around campus and see the things that they like the most. When the boys were asked what they liked most about visiting Brother Martin, they replied “everything!”
Thank you to all of our legacy families for attending 2017 Legacy Family Night! We look forward to seeing you all ‘back home’ on our campus once again for one of our many Crusader events.
