Young’s Dry Cleaning is a third-generation, family-owned and operated business that has been open for 73 years and is now owned by Crusader alums and brothers Don ’81 and Dale ’83 Velez. Don is the father of former Crusader Andrew ’06, and Dale is the father of Noah ’18, a current 8th grader.

Dale Velez says he and his brother still abide by their grandfather’s business philosophies. While they have no immediate plans to expand, the Velez brothers have found other ways to reach additional customers in New Orleans.
