Members of the Brother Martin Cross Country community gathered for a Crusader Cross Country Celebration. On Thursday, Alumni joined in for the annual NOTC Turkey Day Race. The NOTC Turkey Day Race is the informal alumni cross country classic, where a cross country scored competition of Alumni from high schools across the region go head-to-head to earn a trophy and bragging rights. We had more than 25 Alumni participate, who helped us to win.

On Friday, Cross Country Alumni and families gathered at Rock ‘n’ Bowl for a Reunion. During the Reunion, runners from championship anniversary teams of 1969, 1974, 1979, 1984, 1994,1999, 2004, and 2019 were recognized, as well as our 3 Individual State Champions: Jimmy Roche ’73, Tom Heffernan ’78 (2x), and Hunter Appleton ’19.  Andrew Quackenbos ’99 discussed the Dennis A. Panepinto ’81 Endowment, which honors “Coach P” and supports the Cross Country and Track and Field programs.
