The Brother Martin Office of Alumni hosted the very popular Mandeville/Covington Chapter Social on Thursday, November 30. The Office of Alumni traveled across the Causeway Bridge for a great evening at the Columbia St. Tap Room with over 60 attendees. This annual event for graduates and their guests is always a favorite for residents in the Northshore area.
“I always look forward to our annual Northshore Chapter Social and each year it seems to grow bigger. I loved seeing old friends and meeting the recent graduates at this event. It amazes me how many alumni reside or even work on the Northshore that I was not aware of in the past. I am looking forward to return to another chapter event,” commented John Pettavino ’86.
This chapter has over 1,300 alumni residing in the area and it keeps on growing. Director of Alumni Scott Corrente ’83 and Director of Capital Campaign Julia Gandolfi updated everyone on the latest campus news and events. Guests also enjoyed complimentary food and soft drinks while they updated one another on their families and shared past high school experiences from various decades.
“Mike and I look forward each year to attend the Mandeville/Covington Alumni Social. This year it was very special to see and visit with so many alumni from the 50’s through the 90’s.
