Baseball alumni gathered at Lakeview Harbor for to draft teams for the upcoming Alumni Softball Game. Coaches Butler Powell ’56 SA and Tom Schwaner ’57 SA of “Spiders” chose Jeff Schwaner ’84 with the number 1 overall pick. Coaches Bob Burns ’62 SA and Jimmy Clark ’66 CJ of the “Farley Fielders” selected Matt Adams ’04 with their first pick. Complete team rosters are listed below. Former Chief Justice Pascal Calogero ’49 SA, who will throw out the first pitch at Saturday’s game, was on hand to give draft advice. The Alumni Game is Saturday at Farley Field, following Brother Martin vs. Riverside (JV at 9:00 AM and Varsity at 1 PM). The Alumni game is expected to start between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM.
