On Saturday, March 27, alumni and dads joined together in prayer for a Day of Reflection and Mass on campus. The day’s activities consisted of presentations by guest speaker Nathaniel Peters ’13, prayer, reflection, Rosary, Stations of the Cross, and Mass in the James B. Branton Chapel celebrated by Fr. David Ducote ’04. This event provides a wonderful opportunity for alumni and dads in our faith community to celebrate their faith and devotion to the Lord.
Nathaniel’s theme for the day was “Magnanimity and the Sacred Heart.” After Mass, all participants enjoyed lunch, provided by Gavin Labourdette ’10 of Happy Italian Pizzeria, and took time for a group photo.
Thank you to the Day of Reflection committee members: Chairman Danny Richard ’72, Robert Blake ’86, Judge Bob Burns ’62 SA, John Hodges ’62 SA, Bob Martin ’61 SA, and Randy Oddo ’62 SA.
