Dear Parents,

As a result of issues with Netclassroom, each of your son’s teachers will produce a progress report for him. These reports will be issued for A cohort on Wednesday, September 23rd, and for B cohort on Thursday, September 24th. Teachers will either send a paper copy home with your son or email you a PDF copy. Thank you for your patience and understanding in this matter.

We will host our first Parent-Teacher Visitation on Monday, October 5th, from 4:00 p.m until 7:00 p.m. Teachers will be available for 5 minute face to face meetings during that time. If you are unable to attend during that time or feel uncomfortable coming to campus, teachers will be available to call you between 9:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. that day. All appointments for both face to face meetings and phone calls will be made using Sign Up Genius. You will receive a separate email the week before these conferences with the link for Sign Up Genius. Students will not be on campus that day for instruction, but both cohorts will continue with their learning remotely. Several athletic teams and extracurricular groups will still have practices and/or meetings that morning, so accountability assignments will not be due until 7:45 a.m. on Tuesday, October 6th.

In order to provide your son with more instructional time, we will not have first quarter exams as originally scheduled on Tuesday, October 6th, through Friday, October 9th. These days will be regular school days with the A cohort on campus Tuesday and Thursday and the B cohort on campus Wednesday and Friday. The first quarter will end on Friday, October 9th, and the second quarter will begin on Monday, October 12th.
